Massimiliano Sulpizi

Massimiliano is an avid entrepreneur, venture capitalist, merchant banker, and executive. Mr. Sulpizi is the Managing Partner and Founder of HSMI Corporate Advisory, where he has advised clients in infrastructure, fashion, real estate, and tech, totalling transactions for over €100m, and fundraising over €50M. He currently serves as an advisor and board member to numerous EU/HK healthcare and technology startups and growth-stage companies.

Max previously founded and sold his merchant bank, Milano Merchant Bank and insurance broker, Absolute Capital S.p.A. with €20M+ revenues in a multi million exit. Mr. Sulpizi in graduated in Economics and Political Science, and obtained his EMBA from Polytechnic of Milan. Massimiliano is fluent in Italian and English.
